1 Acceptance of Terms

11 Limitation of Liability

• K2 game's total liability to any individual player, in any circumstance, is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Game outcomes are governed by random number generation systems. K2 game cannot be held liable for the natural outcomes of games of chance.

12 Changes to These Terms

K2 game reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
